Currently seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of a Solar Construction jobsite and crews, and manage multi-discipline teams and projects with one or more clients.

Duties
-Supervises on-site Project Superintendents and Project Engineers.
-Knowledge of construction technique and practices, with solar experience being a plus.
-Controls the progress of the operation to meet the objectives, goals and deadlines.
-Prepares and assists in weekly project update meetings.
-Ensures project quality and respects commitments with the client.
-Reviews and approves all change order requests.
-Responsible for Performance Evaluations for all employees assigned to project.
-Recommends and proposes troubleshooting solutions
-Maintains professional relationship with client(s).
-Participates at the final acceptance of the project.
-Responsible for maintaining safety on the project at all time.
-Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Per Diem available for qualified candidates. Pay is based on experience
